Microsoft corporate vice president Roz Ho said the data loss problem has been traced to a “system failure that created data loss in the core database and the back-up.”
ORLY?! The system failure caused data loss in your primary database, then drove to your offsite backup location and then peed on all the other backups? Just admit it: you either didn’t have backups or your backups were stored in the same place as your original data. In which case, YOU DIDN’T HAVE BACKUPS!
